The Map Collection contains some original maps and many reproductions. Most maps are related to the US and Texas and date from the mid 19th century.
The Les Maitres de L’Affiche Publication Collection
This collection is comprised of 11 folders, each containing a set from the Les Maitres de L'Affice publication. Each volume holds 4 reproductions of various art pieces, except for No 24 being that one of the posters is missing.
World War I Collection
The World War I Collection (1909-2005; 71 items) consists of materials and ephemera on display relating to Texas and the United States during World War I. The items in the World War I collection include soldier sketches by John W. Thomason, photographs and certificates owned by Walker County residents, United States bonds, recruitment advertisements and souvenir postcards.
